Greg Bond is a proven expert in industrial real estate, specializing in the sale and management of Central Florida warehouses. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, he focuses exclusively on the warehouse sector, personally overseeing a portfolio of more than 25 local assets totaling over 500,000 square feet across Seminole, Orange and surrounding counties.
That combination of owning and operating is the unusual part. Greg underwrites a warehouse the way the person who will run it does — roof and structure, tenant mix, operating expenses, what actually breaks — because he has been on the ownership side of those decisions for three decades.
Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Michigan State University and an A.A. in Aviation from Lansing Community College, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He previously served as Treasurer and a board member for Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI). Greg and his wife, a real estate attorney, have been Seminole County residents for over two decades.
