    Greg Bond is a proven expert in industrial real estate, specializing in the sale and management of Central Florida warehouses. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, he focuses exclusively on the warehouse sector, personally overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 local assets, totaling over 350,000 square feet across Seminole, Orange, and surrounding counties. Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Michigan State University, an A.A in Aviation from Lansing Community College and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He previously served as Treasurer and a board member for the Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI). Greg and his wife, a real estate attorney, have been invested in the local community as Seminole County residents for over two decades.

    Connor specializes in Central Florida industrial assets from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet. He's known for his focused precision and commitment to closing transactions correctly for both property owners and tenants. Before OIRE, Connor gained valuable logistics industry experience, notably onboarding & managing the Mohawk Industries account. This work helped him gain practical understanding of supply chains that informs his brokerage. He has personally facilitated over $335M in transactions. Connor holds a B.A. in Business with a concentration in finance from Covenant College, where he was a four-year varsity tennis player and two-year captain. He holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license and a Florida Notary license.

    Nick Bond is an integral part of the OIRE team, specializing in 1031 exchanges, value-add properties, and investment sales. His background in mathematics provides a strong foundation for evaluating complex industrial deals. He uses OIRE’s platforms to provide clients with real-time data and clear market information. Nick has been involved in over 250 real estate transactions throughout his career. His commitment to OIRE’s relationship driven ethos ensures every client receives personal attention and expert guidance tailored to their operational needs. Nick holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Florida and demonstrates his local commitment by volunteering at Orangewood Christian School, where he has served as the head varsity soccer coach for over 10 years.
